However:

• Product packaging, bottle designs, labels, or manufacturer packaging may occasionally differ from the images displayed on our website due to manufacturer updates. Such differences do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product

Maison Bona reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Maison Bona reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received.

Maison Bona reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if:

• A product becomes unavailable
• Payment cannot be successfully verified
• Incorrect pricing has been displayed
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
• Incorrect customer information has been provided
• The order breaches these Terms & Conditions

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Payments

Maison Bona accepts the payment methods made available during checkout.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.

Maison Bona reserves the right to perform reasonable verification checks before processing an order where necessary.

7. Shipping

Shipping fees, delivery estimates, processing times, and courier information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Maison Bona shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the terms set out in that policy.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Maison Bona may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotions have no cash value
• Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders
• Maison Bona reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions without prior notice

Orders found to involve fraudulent or abusive use of promotional offers may be cancelled.

10. Gift With Purchase

Gift With Purchase promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility is based on the final purchase amount after discounts and promotions have been applied, unless otherwise stated
• Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last
• Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash
• Only one Gift With Purchase entitlement applies per qualifying order unless otherwise specified

If an approved refund causes the final purchase amount to fall below the qualifying threshold, Maison Bona reserves the right to:

• Request the complimentary gift to be returned in its original condition; or
• Deduct the retail value of the complimentary gift from the refund amount if the gift is not returned or has been used

11. Loyalty Programme

Where applicable, participation in the Maison Bona Loyalty Programme is subject to the following conditions:

• Points are credited only to the account that completed the purchase
• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Points are calculated based on the final purchase value after discounts and promotional adjustments
• Points earned from refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions may be reversed
• Points are valid for 12 months from the member’s most recent qualifying transaction
• Maison Bona reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time without prior notice

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Maison Bona website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brand names
• Product photography
• Graphics
• Website design
• Written content

is the property of Maison Bona or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Abuse promotions, discount codes, or loyalty benefits
• Engage in fraudulent purchasing activities

Maison Bona reserves the right to suspend or refuse service where misuse is identified.
